We provide “Scully Pride” management services which encompass all areas of property management, including focused marketing, professional personnel selection, preventative and precision maintenance, thorough on and off-site administration, timely accounting services, comprehensive monthly reporting and goal-oriented asset management.
Property Management
Scully Company is a full-service property management company. We predominantly service the Philadelphia and New Jersey metros, but also manage several communities in Florida and New England. Our management portfolio is comprised of large scale garden style, mid-rise and high-rise apartment communities in both suburban and urban markets.
Investment Management
Since the company’s founding in 1948, the firm has owned, developed and operated more than 60 communities. The current portfolio measures $1.7bn across 8,100 units.
